ให้เรือที่จดทะเบียนเป็นเรือกลเดินทะเลที่มีขนำดตังแต่สำมสิบตันกรอสขึนไป ที่มีประเภทกำรใช้เรือดังต่อไปนี เป็นเรือสนับสนุน
(๑) เรือบรรทุกสินค้ำห้องเย็น
(๒) เรือบรรทุกนำมันเพื่อกำรประมง
(๓) เรือบรรทุกนำจืด
(๔) เรือบรรทุกนำจืดเพื่อกำรประมง
(๕) เรือบรรทุกผลิตภัณฑ์นำมันที่มีจุดวำบไฟต่ำกว่ำหกสิบองศำเซลเซียส
(๖) เรือบรรทุกผลิตภัณฑ์นำมันที่มีจุดวำบไฟสูงกว่ำหกสิบองศำเซลเซียส
