Preamble
เลม่ ๑๓๙ ตอนที่ ๒๖ ก หนา้ ๑ กฎกระทรวง แบบบัตรประจำตัวพนักงำนเจ้ำหน้ำที่ พ.ศ. 2565 อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๓๔ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติสถานพยาบาลสัตว์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
- Section ๑ให้ยกเลิกกฎกระทรวง ฉบับที่ ๖ (พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๕) ออกตำมควำมในพระรำชบัญญัติ สถำนพยำบำลสัตว์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓
- Section ๒บัตรประจำตัวพนักงำนเจ้ำหน้ำที่ให้เป็นไปตำมแบบท้ำยกฎกระทรวงนี้
- Section ๓ให้อธิบดีกรมปศุสัตว์หรือผู้ซึ่งอธิบดีกรมปศุสัตว์มอบหมำยเป็นผู้ออกบัตรประจำตัว พนักงำนเจ้ำหน้ำที่
