ให้ผู้สอบบัญชีจัดทำรายงานผลการสอบบัญชีและการเงินเสนอต่อสภามหาวิทยาลัย ภายในหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวันนับแต่วันสิ้นปีบัญชี เพื่อให้สภามหาวิทยาลัยเสนอต่อรัฐมนตรี
