ร้านจำหน่าย ลักษณะที่สอง ต้องจัดให้มีระบบป้องกันและระงับอัคคีภัย แบบหัวกระจายน้าดับเพลิงที่สามารถฉีดน้าได้ครอบคลุมพื้นที่เก็บถังก๊าซปิโตรเลียมเหลวหุงต้มหรือ กระป๋องก๊าซปิโตรเลียมเหลว เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๔๕ ก หนา้ ๓๗ ลักษณะ การติดตั้ง รวมทั้งการทดสอบและตรวจสอบระบบป้องกันและระงับอัคคีภัย แบบหัวกระจายน้าดับเพลิงตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่อธิบดีกรมธุรกิจพลังงาน ประกาศกำหนดในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
