ห้ามผู้ใดจูงใจ ชักนำ ยุยงส่งเสริม ใช้อุบายหลอกลวง ขู่เข็ญ ใช้อำนาจ ครอบงำผิดคลองธรรม หรือใช้วิธีขืนใจด้วยประการอื่นใดให้ผู้อื่นบริโภคใบกระท่อมตามมาตรา ๒๗
