ผู้ใดนำเข้าหรือส่งออกใบกระท่อมโดยไม่ได้รับใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๑๐ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
