การดำเนินการเก็บ ขน หรือกำจัดมูลฝอยติดเชื้อระหว่างราชการส่วนท้องถิ่น กับราชการส่วนท้องถิ่นอื่นหรือหน่วยงานของรัฐที่ดำเนินการร่วมกันตามข้อตกลงที่จัดทำขึ้น ตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ต้องปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้องด้วยสุขลักษณะตามกฎกระทรวงว่าด้วยการกำจัดมูลฝอยติดเชื้อ
