นำยจ้ำงต้องมิให้ลูกจ้างทำงำนบนนั่งร้ำน ในกรณีดังต่อไปนี
(๑) นั่งร้ำนที่มีพืนลื่น
(๒) นั่งร้ำนที่มีส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดชำรุดหรืออยู่ในสภำพที่อำจก่อให้เกิดอันตรำย
(๓) นั่งร้ำนที่อยู่ภำยนอกอำคำร หรือส่วนอื่นที่อำจก่อให้เกิดอันตรำยในขณะที่มีพำยุ ลมแรง ฝนตก หรือฟ้ำคะนอง เว้นแต่เป็นกำรทำงำนเพื่อให้เกิดควำมปลอดภัยหรือเพื่อกำรช่วยเหลือ หรือบรรเทำเหตุ โดยต้องคำนึงถึงควำมปลอดภัยของลูกจ้าง
