เล่ม ๑๔๒ ตอนที่ ๕๖ ก กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมรถยนต์ขนาดใหญ่ ที่ใช้เครื่องยนต์แบบจุดระเบิดด้วยประกายไฟต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๘ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๑๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติมาตรฐาน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติมาตรฐาน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๘) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และมาตรา ๕๘ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ มาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติมาตรฐาน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๗) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
