การแก้ไขรายการที่ได้รับการรับรองตำรับยาไว้แล้ว จะกระทำได้ เมื่อได้รับอนุญาต เป็นหนังสือจากผู้อนุญาต การขอแก้ไขรายการตำรับยาและการอนุญาตให้แก้ไขรายการตำรับยา ให้เป็นไป ตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่คณะกรรมการกำหนดโดยประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
