Section ๘

ในกรณีที่นำยจ้ำงให้ลูกจ้างทำงำนในที่สูง นำยจ้ำงต้องจัดให้มีนั่งร้ำน หรือ ดำเนินกำรด้วยวิธีการอื่นใดที่เหมำะสมกับสภำพของกำรทำงำน เพื่อให้เกิดควำมปลอดภัยแก่ลูกจ้าง โดยต้องมีควำมมั่นคง แข็งแรง และปลอดภัย เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๑๕ ก หนา้ ๕๓
