Section ๑๙

ให้อธิบดีพักใช้ใบอนุญาตโดยมีกำหนดระยะเวลาไม่เกินหกสิบวันในกรณีที่ปรากฏว่า ผู้รับใบอนุญาตผู้ใด

(๑) เรียกเก็บค่าบริการเกินหลักเกณฑ์ตามข้อ ๒๒

(๒) ฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อ ๒๓
