นำยจ้ำงต้องจัดให้มีกำรตรวจสอบควำมปลอดภัยในกำรใช้ภำชนะรับควำมดัน ที่มีปริมำตรน้อยกว่ำ ๑ ลูกบำศก์เมตร หรือมีควำมดันน้อยกว่ำ ๕๐๐ กิโลปำสคำล โดยกำร ตรวจพินิจด้วยสำยตำและกำรวัดควำมหนำโดยวิศวกรอย่ำงน้อยห้ำปีต่อหนึ่งครัง และต้องมีสำเนำ เอกสำรกำรตรวจสอบไว้ให้พนักงำนตรวจควำมปลอดภัยตรวจสอบได้
