เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๕๕ ก หนา้ ๒๐ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรมหลอดแอลอีดีขั้วคู่ที่ออกแบบเพื่อเปลี่ยนทดแทน หลอดฟลูออเรสเซนซ์ชนิดตรง : คุณลักษณะที่ต้องการด้านความปลอดภัย ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พ.ศ. 2564 อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๑๗วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๘) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และมาตรา ๕๘ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๗) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
