Section ๒๙

อาคารที่มีอยู่ก่อน หรือได้รับอนุญาตหรือได้ยื่นขออนุญาตก่อสร้าง หรือดัดแปลงอาคาร หรือได้แจ้งต่อเจ้าพนักงานท้องถิ่นและได้ดำเนินการตามมาตรา ๓๙ ทวิ แล้ว ก่อนวันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ ใช้บังคับ ให้ได้รับยกเว้นไม่ต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎกระทรวงนี้
