บรรดำใบอนุญำตที่ได้ออกให้ตำมกฎกระทรวง ฉบับที่ ๑๐ (พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๘) ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมอาคาร พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๒ ให้ใช้ได้ต่อไปจนกว่ำใบอนุญำตนั้นจะสิ้นอำยุ
