Preamble

เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๗๐ ก หนา้ ๖ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดชนิดของสัตว์ที่ต้องอยู่ในการกำกับดูแลการประกอบกิจการฆ่าสัตว์ พ.ศ. 2564 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในบทนิยามคำว่า “สัตว์” ในมาตรา ๔ มาตรา ๕ วรรคสอง และมาตรา ๑๔ (๑) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมการฆ่าสัตว์เพื่อการจำหน่ายเนื้อสัตว์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์โดยคำแนะนำของคณะกรรมการกำกับดูแลการประกอบ กิจการฆ่าสัตว์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑กฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ใช้บังคับเมื่อพ้นกำหนดหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวันนับแต่วันประกาศ ในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป
  2. Section ๒ให้สัตว์ดังต่อไปนี้ เป็นสัตว์ที่ต้องอยู่ในการกำกับดูแลการประกอบกิจการฆ่าสัตว์ (๑) ไก่งวง (๒) นกกระทำ ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ 7…
