เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๕๕ ก หนา้ ๒๘ กฎกระทรวง ก่ำหนดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรมเหล็กลวดคำร์บอนต่ำ ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พ.ศ. 2564 อำศัยอ่ำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๑๗วรรคหนึง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึงแก้ไขเพิมเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที ๘) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และมาตรา ๕๘ วรรคหนึง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึงแก้ไขเพิมเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที ๗) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
