ในกรณีที่หนังสือแจ้ง เอกสารหรือหลักฐานถูกต้องและครบถ้วนแล้ว ให้คณะกรรมการประจำจังหวัดตรวจสอบการก่อสร้างโรงฆ่าสัตว์และโรงพักสัตว์ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน การประกอบกิจการฆ่าสัตว์ที่ได้รับความเห็นชอบ
