Preamble

เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๖๑ ก หนา้ ๔ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดให้ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรมปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน พ.ศ. 2564 อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๑๗ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๘) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และมาตรา ๕๘ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติ มำตรฐำนผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชบัญญัติมำตรฐำน ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสำหกรรม (ฉบับที่ ๗) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
