กฎกระทรวง กำหนดจำนวนเงินที่ให้เหรียญกษาปณ์ราคาสองบาท เป็นเงินที่ชำระหนี้ได้ตามกฎหมาย พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๘ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ และมาตรา ๑๑ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติเงินตรา พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๑ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
