Preamble

ประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๖๕/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง การออกอากาศของสถานีโทรทัศน์ภาคพื้นดินในระบบดิจิตอล และระบบผ่านดาวเทียม ตามที่ได้มีประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๑๕/๒๕๕๗ ลงวันที่ ๒๒ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง ขอให้ระงับการถ่ายทอดออกอากาศของสถานีโทรทัศน์ดาวเทียม เคเบิล โทรทัศน์ระบบดิจิตอล และสถานีวิทยุชุมชน เพื่อให้การเผยแพร่ข่าวสารไปสู่ประชาชนเป็นไปด้วยความถูกต้อง ปราศจากการบิดเบือน อันจะก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิด จนส่งผลกระทบต่อการรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อย และโดยที่ในปัจจุบันสถานการณ์การเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสารสู่ประชาชนเริ่มกลับสู่ภาวะปกติแล้ว คณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติจึงมีประกาศ ดังต่อไปนี้
