กระเช้าไฟฟ้าต้องมีระยะห่างจากเขตที่ดินของผู้อื่นไม่น้อยกว่า ๖ เมตร เว้นแต่ได้รับ ความยินยอมเป็นหนังสือจากเจ้าของที่ดินข้างเคียงด้านนั้น ทั้งนี้ ต้องมีระยะห่างไม่น้อยกว่าระยะปลอดภัย ตามมาตรฐานการออกแบบ ก่อสร้าง หรือดัดแปลงกระเช้าไฟฟ้าตามข้อ ๓
