องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นอำจกำหนดอัตรำค่ำใช้จ่ำยในกำรใช้เครื่องมือบังคับ ไม่ให้เคลื่อนย้ำยรถได้ไม่เกินอัตรำ คันละ ๕๐๐ บำท เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๒๔ ก หนา้ ๗ ในกรณีที่พนักงำนเจ้ำหน้ำที่เคลื่อนย้ำยรถและได้รับชำระค่ำเคลื่อนย้ำยตำมข้อ ๕ แล้ว จะเรียกเก็บค่ำใช้จ่ำยตำมวรรคหนึ่งอีกมิได้
