ให้บรรดากฎกระทรวงหรือประกาศที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจ ขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๓ ที่ใช้บังคับอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่ประกาศนี้ใช้บังคับ ยังคงใช้บังคับได้ ต่อไป จนกว่าจะมีกฎกระทรวงหรือประกาศใหม่ใช้บังคับ ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป ประกาศ ณ วันที่ ๒๑ กรกฎาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
