(๖) ของมาตรา ๕๒ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติองค์กรจัดสรร คลื่นความถี่และกำกับการประกอบกิจการวิทยุกระจายเสียง วิทยุโทรทัศน์ และกิจการโทรคมนาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๓ “(๖) ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนด้านงบประมาณให้กระทรวงการคลังสามารถยืมเงินกองทุน เพื่อนำไปใช้ในกิจการของรัฐอันเป็นประโยชน์สาธารณะ”
