ให้บรรดา กฎกระทรวง กฎ ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ ประกาศ หรือคำสั่ง ที่ออกตาม พระราชบัญญัติตามข้อ ๑ ข้อ ๒ และข้อ ๓ ที่ใช้บังคับอยู่ในวันก่อนวันที่ประกาศนี้ใช้บังคับ ยังคง ใช้บังคับได้ต่อไปจนกว่าจะมีการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป ประกาศ ณ วันที่ ๑๐ กรกฎาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
