ให้ศาลปกครองภูเก็ตมีเขตตลอดท้องที่จังหวัดกระบี่ จังหวัดพังงา จังหวัดภูเก็ต และจังหวัดระนอง ในระหว่างที่ยังไม่ได้เปิดทำการศาลปกครองภูเก็ตตามประกาศที่ออกตามมาตรา ๓ ให้ศาลปกครอง นครศรีธรรมราชมีเขตอำนาจตลอดถึงเขตศาลปกครองภูเก็ตด้วย เล่ม ๑๒๙ ตอนที่ ๓๔ ก บรรดาคดีของเขตท้องที่จังหวัดที่ระบุในวรรคหนึ่ง ซึ่งค้างพิจารณาอยู่ในศาลปกครองนครศรีธรรมราช ในวันเปิดทำการศาลปกครองภูเก็ตตามมาตรา ๓ ให้คงพิจารณาพิพากษาในศาลปกครองนครศรีธรรมราช
