เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๖๓ ก หนา้ ๓ กฎกระทรวง ยกเลิกกฎกระทรวงซึ่งออกตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ บางฉบับที่ไม่เหมาะสมกับกาลปัจจุบัน พ.ศ. 2564 อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๗ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๙๐ วรรคสี่ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ หลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๕ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
