Section ๑๑

ผู้รับใบอนุญาตสั่งเข้ามา นำเข้ามา ผลิต หรือมีซึ่งยุทธภัณฑ์ผู้ใดประสงค์จะขอรับ ใบแทนใบอนุญาต ให้ยื่นคำขอรับใบแทนใบอนุญาต พร้อมด้วยข้อมูล เอกสาร หรือหลักฐาน การออกใบแทนใบอนุญาตตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้ใช้แบบใบอนุญาตสั่งเข้ามา นำเข้ามา ผลิต หรือ มีซึ่งยุทธภัณฑ์ ตามแบบใบอนุญาตเดิมโดยมีข้อความว่า “ใบแทน” ด้วยหมึกสีแดงกำกับไว้ที่กึ่งกลาง ด้านบนของใบอนุญาต ให้นำความในข้อ ๕ ข้อ ๖ และข้อ ๘ มาใช้บังคับแก่การยื่นคำขอและการพิจารณาคำขอรับ ใบแทนใบอนุญาตด้วยโดยอนุโลม
