ให้ผู้มีอำนาจอนุญาตพิจารณาอนุญาตให้แล้วเสร็จและแจ้งคำสั่งไปยังผู้ขออนุญาตโดยเร็ว ในกรณีที่มีคำสั่งอนุญาตให้ส่งหนังสืออนุญาตไปด้วย หนังสืออนุญาตตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามแบบที่เลขาธิการคณะกรรมการป้องกัน และปราบปรามยาเสพติดกำหนด
