คำขอรับใบอนุญาตผลิตสุราที่ได้ยื่นไว้ตามกฎกระทรวงการผลิตสุรา พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ ในวันก่อนวันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับและยังอยู่ในระหว่างการพิจารณา ให้ถือว่าเป็นคำขอรับใบอนุญาต ผลิตสุราตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ และให้พิจารณาตามหลักเกณฑ์และเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงนี้ ในกรณีที่คำขอรับใบอนุญาตที่ยื่นไว้ตามวรรคหนึ่ง รวมทั้งข้อมูล เอกสาร และหลักฐาน ที่ยื่นพร้อมคำขอรับใบอนุญาตดังกล่าวแตกต่างไปจากที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวงนี้ ให้อธิบดีมีอำนาจสั่งให้ แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมได้ตามความจำเป็นเพื่อให้การเป็นไปตามกฎกระทรวงนี้
