เลม่ ๑๓๗ ตอนที่ ๕๙ ก หนา้ ๙ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดสำรประกอบหรือสำรผสมของยูเรเนียมหรือทอเรียม เพื่อให้สำรประกอบหรือสำรผสมนั้นเป็นวัสดุต้นกำลัง พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๓ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมใน (ก) ของ (๑) ของบทนิยำมคำว่ำ “วัสดุนิวเคลียร์” ในมาตรา ๔ และมาตรา ๘ (๓) แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติพลังงำนนิวเคลียร์เพื่อสันติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ และมาตรา ๕ วรรคสอง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติพลังงำนนิวเคลียร์เพื่อสันติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม โดยพระรำชบัญญัติพลังงำนนิวเคลียร์เพื่อสันติ (ฉบับที่ ๒) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวง กำรอุดมศึกษำ วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรมโดยคำแนะนำของคณะกรรมกำรพลังงำนนิวเคลียร์ เพื่อสันติออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
