Preamble

กฎกระทรวง กำหนดจำนวนทรัพย์สินถาวรของภารธุระอุตสาหกรรมขนาดย่อม ที่จะขอรับความช่วยเหลือจากบรรษัทประกันสินเชื่ออุตสาหกรรมขนาดย่อม พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๙ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในบทนิยามคำว่า “ภารธุระอุตสาหกรรมขนาดย่อม” ของมาตรา ๓ และมาตรา ๔ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติบรรษัทประกันสินเชื่ออุตสาหกรรมขนาดย่อม พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๔ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
