ในระหว่างการดำเนินการจัดการกากกัมมันตรังสี หากมีการขนส่งกากกัมมันตรังสี ออกสู่เส้นทางสาธารณะ ผู้ก่อให้เกิดกากกัมมันตรังสีต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎกระทรวงที่ออกตามมาตรา ๘

(๒๐) และมาตรา ๙๙ ด้วย
