Preamble
กฎกระทรวง การหักเงินงบประมาณรายได้ประจำปี สมทบเข้าเป็นกองทุนบำเหน็จบำนาญข้าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๔ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๔ และมาตรา ๑๑ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติบำเหน็จบำนาญ ข้าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๖ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทย ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
- Section ๑ให้ยกเลิกกฎกระทรวงการหักเงินงบประมาณรายได้ประจำปีสมทบเข้าเป็นกองทุน บำเหน็จบำนาญข้าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๖
- Section ๒ให้กรุงเทพมหานครหักเงินงบประมาณรายได้ประจำปีสมทบเข้าเป็นกองทุนบำเหน็จ บำนาญข้าราชการกรุงเทพมหานครในอัตราร้อยละสาม
- Section ๓กฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑ ตุลาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๓ เป็นต้นไป ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ ๓๐ สิงหาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๔ ยงยุทธ…
