Preamble

คำสั่งคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๙๔/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง การระงับการดำเนินการตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยองค์กรจัดสรรคลื่นความถี่ และกำกับการประกอบกิจการวิทยุกระจายเสียง วิทยุโทรทัศน์ และกิจการโทรคมนาคม เพื่อให้การดำเนินการของ กสทช. ในการประมูลคลื่นความถี่เพื่อกิจการโทรคมนาคม เป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยและเป็นไปอย่างรอบคอบ เพื่อคุ้มครองผู้ใช้บริการให้ได้รับประโยชน์และใช้บริการ ได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ปราศจากข้อจำกัดในช่วงเวลาเปลี่ยนผ่านการสิ้นสุดการสัมปทาน และคุ้มครอง ประโยชน์สาธารณะ คณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติจึงมีคำสั่ง ดังต่อไปนี้
