กฎกระทรวง กำหนดค่าธรรมเนียมการจดทะเบียน การตรวจดูรายการจดทะเบียน และค่าธรรมเนียมอื่นที่เกี่ยวกับหลักประกันทางธุรกิจ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๔ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติหลักประกันทางธุรกิจ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพาณิชย์ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
