ในการไต่สวนข้อเท็จจริง หากผู้ให้หลักประกันหรือผู้รับหลักประกันมอบอำนาจให้ บุคคลใดบุคคลหนึ่งหรือหลายคนเป็นผู้ดำเนินการแทน ให้จัดส่งหนังสือมอบอำนาจต่อผู้บังคับ หลักประกันด้วย
