ภาพยนตร์ที่เหมาะสมกับผู้ดูทั่วไป มีลักษณะ ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) เนื้อหาที่ให้ความรู้หรือก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันของประชาชน หรือให้ความบันเทิงเป็นการทั่วไป
(๒) ไม่มีลักษณะของภาพยนตร์ตามข้อ ๓ข้อ ๔และข้อ ๕ เล่ม ๑๒๖ ตอนที่ ๕๒ ก
