Preamble

กฎกระทรวง กำหนดทรัพย์สินที่อยู่ในประเทศไทยซึ่งต้องเสียภาษีการรับมรดก พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ และมาตรา ๑๔ วรรคสาม แห่งพระราชบัญญัติภาษีการรับมรดก พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑กฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑ กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ เป็นต้นไป
  2. Section ๒ให้ทรัพย์สินดังต่อไปนี้ เป็นทรัพย์สินที่อยู่ในประเทศไทยซึ่งต้องเสียภาษีการรับมรดก (๑)…
