Section ๒

ให้กำหนดอัตรำภำษีป้ำย ดังต่อไปนี้

(๑) ป้ำยที่มีอักษรไทยล้วน

(ก) ป้ำยที่มีข้อควำมที่เคลื่อนที่หรือเปลี่ยนเป็นข้อควำมอื่นได้ ให้คิดอัตรำ ๑๐ บำท ต่อห้ำร้อยตำรำงเซนติเมตร

(ข) ป้ำยนอกจำก

(ก) ให้คิดอัตรำ ๕ บำท ต่อห้ำร้อยตำรำงเซนติเมตร

(๒) ป้ำยที่มีอักษรไทยปนกับอักษรต่ำงประเทศ และหรือปนกับภำพ และหรือเครื่องหมายอื่น

(ก) ป้ำยที่มีข้อควำม เครื่องหมาย หรือภำพที่เคลื่อนที่ หรือเปลี่ยนเป็นข้อควำม เครื่องหมาย หรือภำพอื่นได้ ให้คิดอัตรำ ๕๒ บำท ต่อห้ำร้อยตำรำงเซนติเมตร

(ข) ป้ำยนอกจำก

(ก) ให้คิดอัตรำ 26 บำท ต่อห้ำร้อยตำรำงเซนติเมตร

(๓) ป้ำยที่ไม่มีอักษรไทยไม่ว่ำจะมีภำพหรือเครื่องหมายใด ๆ หรือไม่ และป้ำยที่มีอักษรไทย บางส่วนหรือทั้งหมดอยู่ใต้หรือต่ำกว่ำอักษรต่ำงประเทศ

(ข) ป้ำยนอกจำก

(ก) ให้คิดอัตรำ ๕๐ บำท ต่อห้ำร้อยตำรำงเซนติเมตร
