กฎกระทรวง แบบบัตรประจำตัวเจ้าพนักงานทางหลวง สำหรับทางหลวงชนบท พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๑ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง (๓) และมาตรา ๒๓ วรรคสาม แห่งพระราชบัญญัติทางหลวง พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๕ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงคมนาคมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
