ให้เจ้าพนักงานที่ดินจังหวัดหรือเจ้าพนักงานที่ดินจังหวัดสาขาแจ้งคำสั่งตามข้อ ๕ คำสั่งของคณะกรรมการตามข้อ ๖ วรรคหนึ่ง หรือคำวินิจฉัยของคณะกรรมการตามข้อ ๖ วรรคสอง ให้ผู้จัดสรรที่ดินและผู้คัดค้านทราบภายในเจ็ดวันนับแต่วันที่มีคำสั่งหรือคำวินิจฉัย แล้วแต่กรณี
