ผู้ประกอบอุตสาหกรรมที่ประสงค์จะมีสถานแสดงรถยนต์เพื่อขาย ให้ยื่นคำขอต่ออธิบดี ตามแบบที่อธิบดีประกาศกำหนด พร้อมด้วยเอกสารหรือหลักฐาน ณ สำนักงานสรรพสามิตพื้นที่ แห่งท้องที่ที่สถานแสดงรถยนต์เพื่อขายหรือโรงอุตสาหกรรมนั้นตั้งอยู่ หรือทางระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
