Preamble

กฎกระทรวง กำหนดการใช้แสตมป์สรรพสามิตและเครื่องหมายแสดงการเสียภาษี เพื่อให้ปรากฏว่าได้เสียภาษีแล้ว พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๖๔ วรรคสอง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติ ภาษีสรรพสามิต พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑กฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑๖ กันยายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ เป็นต้นไป
