การขอคืนภาษีสำหรับสินค้าที่นำเข้าไปในเขตปลอดอากรตามข้อ ๖

(๒) ถ้าสินค้านั้น เป็นสินค้าที่เสียภาษีแล้วโดยการใช้แสตมป์สรรพสามิต ให้ผู้ขอคืนภาษีแกะลอกและทำลายแสตมป์สรรพสามิต ภายใต้การควบคุมของเจ้าพนักงานสรรพสามิต เล่ม ๑๓๔ ตอนที่ ๙๕ ก
