หน้า เล่ม ๑๑๒ ตอนที่ ๑๓ ๑๕ ก ๓๐ มีนาคม ๒๕๓๘ กฎกระทรวง ฉบับที่ 5 (พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๘) ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา มาตรา ๒๕ วรรคสอง ข้อ ๑ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม แห่งพระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม บัญญัติประกันสังคม (ฉบับที่ ๒) ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ๒ ดังต่อไปนี้ พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๗ พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓ พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๓ และ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราช รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงานและสวัสดิการสังคม จำนวนเงินที่ใช้เป็นฐานในการคำนวณเงินสมทบที่ผู้ประกันตนตามมาตรา ๒๕ วรรคหนึ่ง ต้องส่งเข้ากองทุนตามมาตรา วรรคสอง ให้กำหนดเป็นจำนวนเดือนละสี่พันแปดร้อยบาท ข้อ ๒ กฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ มีนาคม พ.ศ.๒๕๓๘ เป็นต้นไป ๔๖ ๓๐ ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ ๓๐ มีนาคม พ.ศ.๒๕๓๘ ยุทธ อังกินันทน์ รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการฯ ปฏิบัติราชการแทน รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงานและสวัสดิการสังคม
