ให้ยกเลิกหมวด ๔ กองทุนกีฬามวย มาตรา ๕๒ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติกีฬามวย พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๒ และให้โอนบรรดาทรัพย์สิน หนี้สิน ภาระผูกพัน สิทธิ หน้าที่ รวมทั้งพนักงานและ ลูกจ้างของกองทุนกีฬามวยตามพระราชบัญญัติกีฬามวย พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๒ ไปเป็นของกองทุนพัฒนาการ กีฬาแห่งชาติตามพระราชบัญญัติการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘ ทั้งนี้ ให้สิทธิและหน้าที่ของ พนักงานหรือลูกจ้างยังคงเป็นไปตามที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญาจ้าง
