การลงนามและการให้สัตยาบัน ๑. อนุสัญญาฉบับนี้จะเปิดให้มีการลงนามจนถึงวันที่ ๓๑กรกฎาคม๒๕๔๙ ๒. อนุสัญญาฉบับนี้จะต้องอยู่ภายใต้บังคับของการให้สัตยาบันหรือการยอมรับโดยรัฐที่อ้างถึง ในวรรค ๑ข้อ ๙ของอนุสัญญานี้ ๓. สัตยาบันสารหรือสารยอมรับจะต้องมอบไว้กับรัฐบาลเจ้าภาพ 14
